Palmer Distributing & Sales Company is a solely owned small business founded over 40 years ago by Palmer Grasse. Since his death in 1987, the company was run by Peggy "Grasse" Scarlett. Upon Peggy's death in 1997, her husband Robert W. Scarlett has taken over as owner. The company's CEO at this time is Lee A. Scarlett, Peggy and Bob's youngest son. The company is both manufacturer and distributor of floor installation and restoration equipment.

Over the years, many durable and cost saving improvements have been incorporated into our primary product. The PG/101-2 Senior Floor Stripper is recognized throughout the world as the best machine of its kind in the industry. "Just ask the man who owns one."
